Ryan believes that each client is unique, and that the financial planning strategies he offers must be customized to achieve their specific goals and dreams. His passion for helping individuals and families plan for their retirement inspired Ryan to pursue a path as an independent financial advisor within a reputable and trusted firm.

Over the span of his 20+ year career, Ryan has gained valuable experience working in various advisory and relationship management roles with top tier banks and wealth management firms. He began his career in 1996 after graduating from college with a diploma in Accountancy in 1995. He soon began enhancing his education by taking the Canadian Securities Course and Certified Financial Planning courses as he chose to specialize in areas of investment and retirement planning. He attained the Certified Financial Planning designation in January of 2000.

Ryan resides in Cochrane, AB with his wife Jennifer and his two wonderful children. They enjoy spending their summers camping, hiking and taking advantage of the wonderful landscape that Alberta has to offer. They also keep busy in the winter with the kids’ activities including dance, hockey and swimming lessons. Ryan has also enjoyed volunteering for the Calgary Stampede on the Downtown Attractions Committee.

In a career that has spanned more than fifty years, Larry has achieved much recognition for his achievements as a successful independent advisor, but he continues to find the most reward in the trust and confidence placed in him by his clients.

Larry is a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is an avid fly fisher, an automobile enthusiast, loves photography, cooking, music and enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits.

Administrative Support Officer

Irene Johnson, Administrative Support Officer has worked the past 35 years in administration and customer service roles. She joined Spielman Financial Consulting in February 2015. Her experience and knowledge are an asset in providing service to our clients. Irene is always happy and willing to assist where needed.

Irene and her husband John devote their time to family and friends. She enjoys cooking, baking, entertaining, gardening and reading.
